Please be advised that all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. When purchasing any of our products, you will be given immediate access to irretrievable intellectual property in format including, but not limited to, live interactive training events, software and methodology documentation, as well as recorded/archived video training classes containing proprietary information and intellectual property.  By purchasing any of the products on this website, said information is considered "irretrievable", as understood by credit card companies and payment houses like PayPal. In the event you purchased with a payment plan - you are entitled to stop payment on the remaining balance of your purchase. Any payments made up to your decision to discontinue your payment plan are understood by you to be non-refundable.

All our products are distributed and licensed on an “as is” basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by Higher Purpose as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. PRIVACY

It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won’t ever sell names to “spammers” or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. SniperSpy products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products successful operation. Your private information is safe with us.

MINIMUM COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

This software performs large amounts of computations, and therefore, your computer must have at least 2.0 gigabytes of RAM.  NinjaTrader's minimum PC requirements include a P4 processor or higher, 2gb of RAM, and the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

WARRANTY

Higher Purpose warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the media furnished in this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the files furnished in this product prove to be defective, and provided that the original consumer purchaser notifies Higher Purpose within 48 hours of receipt of installation files, Higher Purpose will replace the corrupted files (a) free of charge to the consumer purchaser, if the media proves to be defective within the ninety (90) day period following the date of purchased. Higher Purpose agrees to connect remotely to the end users computer to diagnose any installation errors that may initially occur at no cost to the purchaser.
 

REFUND POLICY:

When a member signs up they immediately gain access to and therefore benefit from the premium services offered. Because of this, we do not give refunds. If you want to cancel your service so your subscription does not auto-renew, you may, and you will not be billed during the next cycle. All previously paid subscriptions are nonrefundable. If you have a payment plan for software or services, and do not make the scheduled payments your license will be turned off any payments made are not refundable. Scheduled payment plans for products can be put on hold by contacting our customer service dept via email. info@backtothefuturetrading.com

COMMERCIAL USE and CODE THEFT:

This indicator is intended for personal use only, and may not be used as a part of any commercial service, including trading advisory services or live chat rooms. Your code will be deauthorized and your licensed revoked without refund if you are found to use, or plan to use the indicator  in any commercial capacity especially in a competitive nature. In addition, the software has been coded so as to identify the original source client of any cloned or decompiled versions of the software. Original users that are found to have decompiled or cloned or copied any or all portions of the indicator code will be immediately prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
Higher Purpose asks that you be well informed of software functions, usability and efficiency before making the decision to purchase so you the buyer may be well informed of its  functions, usability and efficiency before making the decision to purchase it. Therefore, All Sales Are Final once the software has been delivered to you the buyer.
Please do not attempt to make any fraudulent purchases. If we receive any fraudulent chargebacks, we will immediately deactivate your copy of the software.

Higher Purpose (DBA BacktotheFutureTrading.com) reserves the right to block communications with customers who behave abusively with our support staff.  We understand there are times when customers may feel frustrated in relation to a technical issue and we will work diligently to resolve issues as they arise, in a spirit of mutual cooperation towards satisfying you. However there are rare instances where customers move from an angry to abusive state.

Abuse of support staff shall be comprised of but not limited to:

  • Persistent swearing
  • Yelling
  • Sexist comments (both explicit and implied)
  • Racist comments (both explicit and implied)
  • Irrelevant personal remarks (e.g. about appearance, education, intelligence)
  • Threats (e.g. I'll have you fired, I'll post bad reviews online)
  • Intimidating silence
  • Accusations of various sorts (e.g. calling someone a racist)
  • Comments about competency, knowledge, dedication

These behaviors are intended to demean and control and constitute a breach of our support policy which may result in a termination of communication.
