When we first started Back To The Future Trading our partner (Ron) had this brilliant idea to look for FLUX MARKERS that plotted at the extremes of market moves. A red marker at the top of an extreme move was more likely to reverse, and so he worked with the programmer (Ben) to customize a set of Bollinger Bands…and flattened the smooth curves down so you could actually see where your stops and targets and entries should be. 1225.00 is a lot easier to trade, than 1225.33 (what does that mean?). The FLUX CONTRA-BANDS are the only other indicator in the FLUX STOPLIGHT strategy that help us generate those profitable results on our performance page.
